Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, born on December 7 7 1963 in Edo State, Nigeria, was raised in a household of faith, surrounded by his loving and dedicated parents. He is the oldest son of Elder T.E Oyakhilome and Angelina Oyakhilome. She was a founder of the Assemblies Of God Church in Benin City and a matriarch of the Oyakhilome families. She passed on her divine grace onto her son from an early age.
The LoveWorld ministry is a family effort. Reverend Ken is Ken's brother , and a an active member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren (KattyWorghiren) is director at the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry. This ministry is home to many gospel artists that are the top-selling globally.
Pastor Chris is blessed with two daughters, Charlene and Carissa Sharon. Carissa Sharon decided to follow her father's lead of sharing God's Word to all people. Also known as CSO (Community Service Organization), she is a skilled gospel artist and is a part of the LoveWorld Music and Arts community.

LoveWorldSAT is the first Christian TV station to broadcast from Africa all day, on air-free networks. In the present, LoveWorld stations can be found on satellite and cable television networks across the globe.
Christ Embassy has a strong presence throughout Pastor Chris's homeland of Nigeria. The ministry operates two healing schools that are located in South Africa.
